i am also using the renew life first body cleanse. But honestly i feel like it is not working. I dont feel any better than I did before using it. Im also detoxing while I am doing it. Meaning no meat and fresh vegetables. Im pissed because I paid so much for it. But im still sticking with it and hopefully I lose the weight.
I don't know what renew life is but I Know that a Candida's cleans and a heavy metal cleans will surely help you to loose weight. Candi dis causes food cravings. Candi dis is a yeast build up in the body that will make you crave sugars and other foods that convert to insulin in your body. to test if you may have this build up of yeast simply get up first thing in the morn. and before you put anything in your mouth work up a little spit in your mouth and spit into a clear glass or water. 20 min later if the saliva is beginning to sink in the glass or has sunk to the bottom of the glass, you may need to do a candid is cleans. Most people in fact have Candida's because we eat so many processes foods. processed and canned foods are convenient but bad for for us. Try to eat fresh or organic if you can.

But I do know of a healthy cleanser that I have tried, its called Experience, and yes that will help you loose weight as well as improve your digestive system.
