Sorry, toner catridges are not meant to be taken apart, so there isn't much in the way of instructions how to put them back together.
One thing though, you must make sure that not dust of grit gets in the catridge at all. I really mean that.
Laser catridges are extremely clean inside except for the toner as any particles larger than the toner dust will scratch the drum to shreds.
