The toner is new, nearly unused.Hi everybody, is there any way how to repair dried toner cartridge? Thanks.?
afraid not - it's bust u need a new one

repairing is more expensive - that's why they're treated as consumablesHi everybody, is there any way how to repair dried toner cartridge? Thanks.?
I take a bowl and put warm water in it. I add ammonia, about a capfull. I keep dipping it ( the cartridge) in and out till the ink starts to flow. ( I've known some people just to let it soak 5 -10 min.) If that doesn't work I try straight ammonia rubbed on where the ink comes out with a Q tip. Pat either way with a paper towel. Sometimes when you refill, I find it doesnt work right till the next day, the ink has to soak down,

I got that tip from a refill kit.
Dried Toner cartridge????

Toner is dry, wet would probably be a problem.

I suspect you are talking about an ink jet cartridge that is clogged, due to not being used for an extended period. Ink jet printers are renowned for this problem.

The above being true set the cartridge on a warm moist, Not Wet, paper towel with the jets in contact with the towel for 5 - 10 minutes. Run your cleaning utility. Many times this will get you going until the next time.

Good Luck
well, i work at an toner place and what we do is shake it shake it shake it tap it tap it tap it and then wipe the part where the toner comes out with a moist towelette and let it dry and use a good quality q tip and clean out the hole. you should be set after that. if you had liquid toner, you cannot reverse it. it will have a really awful print quality. log onto corporateexpress.com and order a new one delevery is next day.
replace
