Hi There,
This was the best cleanse ever. No pain or discomfort. No cravings for junk food/candy etc. I didn't have to stay home. I went regularly in the morning sometimes at night. Lots of energy. Only bad thing was bad breath and very thirsty. I lost about 5 pounds.
