Definitely not recycled from toner cartridges... I think recycled toner cartridges become just become refurbished/refilled toner cartridges.
However, plastic bottles are used to make outdoor furnishings.

just did a search on the web, uk only, put in recycled plastic benches. found loads, take your pick. dont know about being made with toner cartridges though.
Dont know about that but there is a company that recycles park benches into toner cartridges......
