I went to a psychic and she told me I had a love blockage and a gray aura. I can't afford to have someone do it so just want to know how to free myself of this negative energy.Can I do a spiritual cleansing myself to myself if so how?
Anyone charging to do a spiritual cleansing is not only unprofessional, but unethical to boot....yeah, you can do it yourself, in fact, thats all I would recommend...

My first thoughts, she should not have given you this Information without telling you what to do about it... Very unprofessional.





I know that the heart represents love, so this means your heart chakra is blocked (I know this cause i'm currently doing some classes on chakra meditation). As for the grey aura, the aura changes all the time depending on your mood, There maybe more info on aura's on the internet.





There are ways of doing spititual cleansing on yourself, i only know very little as i'm still learning about it myself, but i'm sure there are many visualisation tapes available that can help with cleansing your energy.

I don't think you should try spiritual cleansing yourself. what if the blockage is through some sort of evil doing or black magic? it might bounce back or make it worse. I think it makes sense to go to a spiritual healer for help. Not all the healers charge money and some charge a nominal fee. I don't agree with the person who mentioned here that it is un-ethical as the spiritual healers also need to feed themselves and their families.





You have to be careful to choose the right spiritual healer though. There are plenty of them who are just scammers. They don't know anything about spiritual healing and they just want to make money out of troubled souls.
